Party Bookings

You may make a reservation for a 3 hour block of time to host a party during free swim. Please note that the pool will remain open to members during this time. Sunday reservations can only be from 1-  4 pm due to Family BBQ.

 
There is a fee of $3 per non member and any WES members attend for free. Alcohol/glass containers are not permitted on the premise.

 

Reservations will not be permitted on the following dates due to planned events: June 17, 18, 24, 25, July 1, 22, Aug 5, 12, 26.

 

We have large freezers available if you need to store your birthday cake. Reservations will be confirmed by a member of our committee or staff to ensure availability.
